All steps must be completed in order to be considered for the scholarship.

Applicants must attend a Baltimore City Public School and currently in grades 4-7.

1. Parent/Student questionnaire- Parent must provide permission and commitment to bring student to to the School of Rock in Towson for lessons and preformances. (see below)

2. Teacher letter of recommendation.

3. Student questionnaire. (see below)

4. Five paragraph essay completed by student.
